- Supports all PayPal transaction types

fairpay_sql_populate module:

- Comes with six required database tables for tracking your IPN data
- FairPay's tables may reside within any database, so it's ideal
for use even in an ISP setting where you may only be provided one database

access to the data directly from a file rather than (or in addition to) a database is desired

- Supports access logging (unlimited, rolling, or disabled)
- Supports session-count limiting of command execution, with fully
configurable retries
